Bob Bosinski PostProcess Technologies
Bob Bosinski, PostProcess' Vice President of Operations
PostProcess Technologies, a leading innovator in the post processing of 3D printing, has announced four senior leadership appointments to enhance the company’s Operations, Engineering, Marketing and Sales services.
Following PostProcess’ $4 million seed round in April, the company expects the new additions to the team will contribute to the acceleration of its growth. Bob Bosinski has been appointed Vice President of Operations; Michael Frauens takes the role of Principal Process Development Engineer; Diana Robbins is the company’s new Director of Marketing; and Lynda DePetris will lead sales efforts on the West Coast.
“[This] is another building block in PostProcess’ rapid and transformational journey,” said Jeff Mize, Chief Executive Officer, PostProcess Technologies. “We are exited to add this impressive bench strength to our team, with deep knowledge and skills to further accelerate our mission of unlocking scalable industrial 3D printing. The entire team is extraordinarily passionate and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and in turn revolutionising the additive manufacturing market.”
Bosinski, the company’s VP of Operations, has extensive experience in the design and deployment of processes and systems that support the rapid expansion of a business. He spent 24 years with AirSep Corporation, seeing its development from start-up through to post-acquisition, managing a number of departments, overseeing personnel in quality, manufacturing and engineering roles. Bosinski, who holds a master’s degree in Industrial Technology from Buffalo State College, said he is “excited for the opportunity at PostProcess and the impact we are making in the AM industry, as well as for the region and the great city of Buffalo.”
Post Process Frauens
Michael Frauens, Principal Process Development Engineer.
Likewise, Frauens enters his new role off the back of decades of experience in industrial engineering and the owner of a master’s degree, in System Engineering Management from MIT. Prior to PostProcess, he has held roles with Stratasys, a leading 3D printer manufacturer, and Eastman Kodak, where he was granted multiple patents for his work. In his new role, as Principal Process Development Engineer, Frauens will seek to advance PostProcess’ FINISH3D lab, where already 500,000 parts have been benchmarked. He will implement a platform to transform material data into useful information for development engineering, and a recommendation model which will allow customers to successfully scale their additive manufacturing operation into high volume production.
PostProcess Diana Robbins
Diana Robbins, Director of Marketing.
With the boost to tech development and company operations, PostProcess has sought to cope with the expected increase in demand with the appointments of Robbins and DePetris in their respective marketing and sales positions.
Robbins, will oversee the company’s marketing, business development and inside sales functions, harnessing her 15-year experience in complex engineering settings by delivering marketing strategies to ensure growth. She has previously worked in the manufacturing and material processing industries, most recently with Harper International and Greatbatch Inc. Like Bosinski, Robbins is a product of the city of Buffalo’s educational prowess, holding an MBA from Buffalo University.
DePetris, meanwhile, will manage sales of the West Coast, leaning on her 25 years’ worth of experience and success in small and large multinational organisations alike. These organisations include IBM, Microsoft, and most recently, with a start-up acquired by Dow Chemical Company. A holder of an MBA from the University of Santa Clara, PostProcess believes her background of developing and implementing sales strategies for industrial technologies to achieve profitable growth will help the company to take advantage of the expansive market opportunity in the States on the West side of the country.
