At this year's RAPID event in Orlando, 3D Systems brought its complete ecosystem of 3D printers, software, materials, services and partner networks to showcase how customers are using its end-to-end 3D technology solutions to optimise designs, enhance workflows and bring products to market faster.
Gina Strickland from 3D Systems and Gannon O'Reilly from FARO, one of the 3D Systems' partners, talked to TCT about how customers are now seeking these full end-to-end solutions from the 3D industry and how 3D Systems is addressing that from design to manufacture and scanning. We hear about the new FARO product design bundle, announced last week, which combines both companies 60 years of experience to solve problems for a complete modelling, 3D printing and 3D scanning workflow.
