Ampower, a German additive manufacturing (AM) consultancy firm has partnered with H&H, a 3D printing service provider, to offer training in AM.
The two companies are looking to enable customers to better understand, and take advantage of, the potential of AM in a range of applications and industries.
A two-day training program will support the clientele of H&H, covering the basics of additive manufacturing, including how the processes work, how the technology can be applied relative to the specific field they operate in. H&H will then be able to offer its engineering and manufacturing services to design and produce the components.
The combination of their respective expertise, the partners hope, will entice more users to harness additive manufacturing technologies.

Ampower, founded in 2017, is an advisor to clients on the introduction of additive manufacturing. It does this through a specialised training program, the development of AM parts, and the implementation and qualification of internal and external machine capacity. Its latest partner, H&H, has been serving customers with 3D printed components and prototypes since 1996. Customers include players in the automotive industry, as well as the medical and aerospace markets, among others.
