Nano Dimension has expanded its reseller network with the addition of Fisher Unitech as a channel partner for North America.
Through this agreement, Fisher Unitech will purchase a DargonFly 2020 Pro 3D printer and also make the technology available to its vast customer base. Fisher Unitech joins the likes of CAD MicroSolutions (North America); Phytec (Europe); AURORA Group (Asia); and EDA Technology (South Africa) in distributing Nano Dimension’s 3D printing platform for the production of professional electronics.
Nano Dimension first came to market in 2016 with its DragonFly 2020 beta platform (later commercialised), and has since followed that up with the 202 Pro machine. It is looking to help transform the way professional electronics, like printed circuit boards, are manufactured with its 3D printing process which combines advanced inkjet printing and nano ink technology. It has established a global reseller network and can also count Syqe Medical, Jabil and one of the largest defence companies in the world among its customers.
Partnering with Fisher Unitech, the company hopes to build on its already promising progress. Fisher Unitech boasts 17 offices, a number of 3D printing labs and supports sales across 22 states. It is also one of the largest providers of Stratasys 3D printing technology in the world, as well as a leading reseller of Solidworks.
“Fisher Unitech’s geographical reach, strong position in key verticals and excellent reputation makes them an ideal partner to accelerate our growth in the United States,” commented Simon Fried, President of Nano Dimension, USA. “We look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with them.”
“This partnership represents significant growth potential for both companies,” added matt Wise, CEO of Fisher United. “Nano Dimension’s technology forwards our mission to fundamentally advance manufacturing in America by adding the most advanced 3D printed circuit board technology to our customers. Circuit boards are an essential element of the Internet of Things and smart connected products. Our industry leading clients strive to design, test and launch products faster than the competition and we are excited to bring them another tool to accelerate that process.”
