HP has announced GoPrint3D as the latest UK-based reseller of its Multi Jet Fusion technology.
The company will offer HP’s 300/ 500 colour series to customers throughout the UK and Ireland, expanding a 20-year relationship which has seen GoPrint3D’s parent company, Express Group Ltd, provide spare parts and repair services for HP’s traditional printing portfolio.
GoPrint3D has been active since 2012 providing a range of products and services to universities, schools, and businesses. Among its 3D printer portfolio are platforms from Formlabs, Ultimaker, Zortrax, Admatec and Markforged, while the company also offers a 3D printing bureau service, printer repair service, and printer hire service, as well as workshops and training. It can also count organisations in the automotive, aerospace, medical and architecture markets among its customer base.
The latest addition to GoPrint3D’s wealth of offerings is Multi Jet Fusion technology through HP’s 300/ 500 series, which has been designed primarily for small-to-medium-sized product development teams at design firms and universities. Harnessing HP’s flagship 3D printing process, the 300/ 500 machine series allows users to produce functional prototypes in colour or black and white.
“The addition of HP 3D printers to our product portfolio is fantastic news for our customers,” commented James Blackburn, Sales Director at GoPrint3D. “The level of control that HP Multi Jet Fusion technology offers means that our customers can benefit from greater design freedom as well as higher quality and faster parts production. We’re incredibly excited to be part of the HP 3D channel partner programme in the UK, and to bring such a trusted brand into our offering.”
GoPrint3D has also highlighted the mutual sustainability commitments of the partnering companies, citing the material reusability of up to 80% on HP’s 3D printing platforms as a key reason for its integration into the company’s portfolio.
