3D Print Bureau, a new business dedicated to the rapid delivery of prototypes and digitally manufactured parts, has its official launch at this year’s TCT Show + Personalize, September 30th – October 1st. The brain-child of Gary Miller, formerly of IPF Ltd, 3D Print Bureau provides a wide range of professional 3D printing solutions including PolyJet, FDM, DLP and LS technologies, along with a diverse choice of materials to meet customer requirements. Expert advice and consultation based on over 12 years of industry experience is also readily available.
Built on a foundation of knowledge and passion for 3D printing, 3D Print Bureau will service industries including medical, security, film and TV, aerospace, Formula One and automotive, fashion, consumer goods and electronics, and many more.
“I’ve been lucky enough to work on a lot of exciting projects in some fascinating industries,” said Miller. “This experience means I can advise on the best way to produce a prototype, manufacturing tools and final production parts regardless of the industry or application it’s intended for.”
Ali Coleman, Project Leader at Curvature Group, attests to Miller’s ability: “I have worked with Gary for over 8 years now and he has become a trusted supplier. Gary has a deep understanding of his technology and this allows him to provide us with the highest quality prints his machines can produce regardless of size, complexity or volume. Simply put, Gary’s service is exemplary.”
Miller’s knowledge and experience not only applies to the rapid prototyping and additive manufacturing service provided by 3D Print Bureau, but also extends to educating clients so that their own processes can be improved. “Working in collaboration with the design team, Gary came up with a technical solution to solve our problem, and also took the time to educate the team about designing 3D printed parts for optimum performance,” says Gary Homer, Head of Wind Tunnel production at a sports automotive professional racing team.
“I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Gary to anyone,” adds Denise Wrightson, Creative Director at Wrightson and Platt.
3D Print Bureau will be at TCT Show + Personalize, demonstrating a Stratasys Connex1 Multi-material 3D Printer live on stand C22, Hall 3A and showcasing a unique collection of professional 3D printed models from the worlds of film, Formula One, medical, security, aerospace, automotive, fashion and consumer industries. Designers and engineers are encouraged to meet the team face-to-face to find out how they can reduce prototyping costs and lead times, or learn how additive manufacturing can be integrated with traditional manufacturing applications to achieve further efficiencies.
