3D Systems has signed a distribution agreement with Konica Minolta Business Solutions Australia to expand its complete 3D printing product portfolio through Konica Minolta's network of dealers and authorised reseller channel throughout Australia.
Building on previous success with the company’s partnership with the distribution specialise in the U.S, Konica Minolta Australia will enter the 3D printing market to provide its customers access to advanced manufacturing solutions. The company plans to focus on the education, manufacturing and architect markets and print bureaus.

Initial products set to be available through this new partnership include the ProJet 3500 Series Professional 3D Printer aimed at engineering, manufacturing and mechanical environments for printing high-quality, durable plastic parts with accurate and high-resolution. The ProJet 660 Professional 3D Printer will also join the line-up, targeted at manufacturers of consumer, healthcare and education products that require full-colour, photo-realistic models for product design, prototypes, assemblies and colour concept models.
