3DP Unlimited, 3D printing company known for super-sized 3D printing, has announced it has evolved and rebranded itself at 3D Platform, a large-scale platform that will leverage the advantages of the open market.
The new open platform open market philosophy will provide engineers with the flexibility to access on-going advancements in hardware, materials and software in order to take advantage of innovation and developments as the industry grows.
3D Platform users will benefit from access to developments in material science including flexible, conductive, carbon-fibre, bronze and wood materials.
The large-scale 3DP printer features a build area of 1m x 1m x 0.5m and boasts accuracies down to a 70-micron layer resolution.
