Projet 660 Pro
An opportunity to buy a brand new, well-equipped 3D printing company has arisen.
The operation includes a new Projet 660 Pro full colour 3D printer by 3D Systems, a new Artec Eva handheld 3D scanner and all new company branding, in addition to two up-and-running websites, equipment, software and current established business leads.
The company is a registered limited company with accounts and administration all in place. Alternatively, offers for the individual new Projet 660 Pro printer and/or Artec Eva scanner would be considered. The Projet 660 Pro 3D printer is hardly used and has full service and parts warranty to January 2015. The Artec Eva scanner is also hardly used and is only eight months old.
The additional benefits of acquiring this 3D printer from the seller are its immediate availability and the fact there would be no import costs, while the purchase cost will be cheaper than through a reseller. Service and warranty agreements (to January 2015) are also included.
Reason for selling:
Our main company is an architectural and interior design practise. We created the new separate 3D printing company to handle two very large construction projects we had in the pipeline both of which have now, unfortunately and unforeseeably, been cancelled. We now need to concentrate on rebuilding our core architectural business and do not have the time or resources to continue with the new 3D company venture, even though feedback and initial marketing to other companies; to provide a ‘3D Printing Service Bureau’, has been amazing! We have current interest and enquiries from many companies that would also be included in the sale of the company. The sale would be a smooth, unnoticed transition.
We are not looking to make any profit from this sale, we would like to recoup our initial investment only – we have spent the last eight months designing and creating the branding, marketing material, web sites, establishing leads and fine tuning this new company. We would be happy to explain further and show examples of current business leads etc. or simply to discuss the sale only of the new Project 660 Pro and/or the new Artec Eva hand held scanner.
