Prodways
Prodways is showcasing its 3D printing technology for the very first time at EuroMold this week (December 3rd-6th).
The French company is the creation of 3D printing pioneer André-Luc Allanic and his work with industrialist Raphaël Gorgé, CEO of the Gorgé Group.
Prodways claims to have achieved "unparalleled perfection of the parts produced" using its 3D printing technology "and distinctly improved production profitability" in a range of industrial and biomedical applications.
The company states that it has achieved world-record resolution and precision - even on large parts - with the "most detailed parts on the market at high throughput", producing hundreds of tiny parts in mere hours at a resolution of less than 35μm.
Moreover, Prodways offers unequalled resolution at more than half a billion pixels per layer and high precision in three dimensions - which is an essential feature in applications such as parts for the dental sector. Large-sized parts as well retain the same precision required for intricate and exact builds such as those used in the biomedical arena.
Prodways technology has permitted the use and development of premium innovative composite and hybrid materials, with impressive mechanical, physical, esthetic properties, as well as biocompatible materials for a wide range of medical applications.
The company has also revealed its 3D printing technology's increased profitability due to its impressive speed - which is up to ten times as fast as the market standard - and considerable reductions in production costs. The technology allows for unequalled production volumes and offers superior surface quality requiring minimal finishing. Minimum operating costs also apply, due to the lack of expensive wear and tear on parts.
André-Luc Allanic, PhD, and Raphaël Gorgé, CEO of the Gorgé Group, is delighted to welcome guests at Hall 11.0E28.
