Shining 3D EinScan Software V2.5
Shining 3D, a leading 3D printing and 3D scanning company headquartered in China, has announced the availability of its EinScan Software V2.5.
The updated program was immediately made available for download, and is said to improve the overall experience with a series of upgrades and new features. Among other things, these include ‘help-mode’ for beginners, a new file format, improved scanning quality, live customer support, and multilingual versions.
Shining believes its EinScan family of scanning solutions is among the most popular 3D scanner series across the globe. By providing support for digitised designs, archiving, personalised customisation, and education, Shining believes it is set to make the EinScan brand even more impressive. It will fulfil ‘numerous needs’ from all applications of the scanners, per Shining 3D. The commitment to offering an efficient support service has been a pertinent development for Shining – Earlier this year, the company opened an office in Stuttgart which would offer support to users of its technology in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The updated features on the EinScan Software V2.5 for all products under this brand includes a quick guide; support of the 3MF data format; a more responsive and convenient customer support service; direct preview of ASC, STL, and OBJ cloud points files. Additionally there is now support for the Spanish, Turkish, German, Japanese, Korean, Rusian, French, English, simplified Chinese and traditional Chinese languages.
Meanwhile, there have also been updates to the software for the EinScan Pro and Pro+ scanners. This includes a smoother and higher quality scanning process, the former thanks to a ‘breakthrough’ in Shining’s algorithm, and the latter enabling more details of scanning data to be captured under handheld rapid scan and handheld HD scan modes.
