More news from Stratasys coming out of SWW16 in Dallas today as the 3D printing leader improves design-to-print workflows with Creative Colors Software and unveils an enhanced version of its multi-colour, multi-material Objet Connex3 3D printer.
Building on the company’s partnership with Adobe, the machine now comes equipped with Adobe colour management and connectivity to provide a complete colour experience and streamlined workflow.
The improved Connex3 model provides dynamic colour management and accurate preview, which simplifies the development process and ultimately cuts down on development time and cost. Users can combine materials, textures and colours in a single print and save on post-production capabilities such as painting, sanding, machining or moulding.
Stratasys have also introduced two new materials for the Connex. Vero PureWhite is a rigid opaque material and produces 20% more brightness and UV resistance than current VeroWhite. VeryCyan has also been improved to provide more vibrancy and can be used as a standalone material or to form new digital materials.
