The biennial MACH Exhibition takes place this year at the Birmingham NEC on 11-15th April and Stratasys are gearing up to showcase additive manufacturing “the strategic way” on the show floor.
For the first time, MACH 2016 will feature a dedicated 3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing Zone. The additive manufacturing leader will focus on demonstrating to visitors the significant value of strategically implementing additive manufacturing within their manufacturing operations with an end-to-end demonstration of the tangible efficiencies achievable by integrating its technology throughout the product development process.

Stratasys’ booth 4660 will feature an on-stand Application Zone which will highlight real-life business cases to show the time and cost savings made possible by integrating AM into the manufacturing process. Visitors can also learn about the ability to optimise injection moulding and tooling processes with AM, how to make significant savings during the production of manufacturing tools such as jigs and fixtures, as well as effective use of the technology for final part production.
As a first for the show, visitors are also invited to attend Stratasys’ Consultancy Corner for free advice on how to bring AM into their businesses. The Consultancy Corner will provide guidance for manufacturers on how they can build their business around AM technology. Stratasys experts will be at-hand to listen to visitors, help identify areas of their design and manufacturing process where AM can be most effective, and offer strategic consultancy on how they can fully optimise the technology to increase productivity and profitability.
This year’s event will also feature a 3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing conference track hosted by TCT + Personalize. The line-up includes speakers from Renishaw, Stratasys, Creat3D, The Manufacturing Technology Centre and more.
