Additive manufacturing has evolved to a $5.1 billion industry and is predicted to grow to a $20 billion industry by 2020. Meanwhile, the additive manufacturing workforce is not keeping up with current needs and opportunities. Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station (TEES) leaders worked closely with industry to develop the Additive Manufacturing Certificate Program to meet the demand.
TEES EDGE, the professional and continuing education division of TEES, offers a hands-on, expert-led certificate program to meet industry needs.
Additive Manufacturing Certificate 45-hour, Level II Certificate
A one-week certificate program will be offered Monday, August 20 - Friday, 24, 2018, from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. on the Texas A&M University campus.
A certificate program, to be completed over two weekends on the Texas A&M campus, will be offered Thursday, September 20 - Saturday, September 22, 2018, and Thursday, October 18 - Saturday, October 20, 2018, on the Texas A&M campus. The course will be 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays; 8 a.m. - noon on Saturdays. Participants must attend both weekends to earn the certificate.
