Many of the techniques we use for rapid prototyping lend themselves to low volume production, particularly where required part numbers make conventional steel tooling prohibitively expensive. RIM moulding for instance, into Silicone rubber, Polyurethane board or Aluminium moulds, can provide hundreds if not thousands of parts on a relatively low tooling cost basis.
