This class will take students through the 3D printing process from the very beginning, starting with an outline of the parts of the printer along with how they work and the different types of plastic filament that can be used for the models you design.
The course will use a CTC Bizer as the basis for learning how to set up, calibrate and operate a 3D printer, and students will learn how to design simple 3D models with TinkerCAD software.
