DESIGN
We work with you, taking your information, be it rough sketches, drawings or just ideas, and create designs in Solidworks (3D) suitable for subsequent manufacture. We can create photo realistic renderings to a staggering level of realism, analyse for mechanical and thermal issues, optimise for weight or other characteristics and progress your project significantly before first physical prototypes.
CONSULTANCY
Our consultancy services support you and your manufacturing requirements. We undertake: design work, utilising our experience to ensure economic process/quantity selection; manufacturing analysis to find the best sourcing options, be it UK or Far East, and to ensure that the optimal processes are being invoked for each component; and project management to keep your project on track.
INJECTION MOULD TOOLING
We manufacture compression and injection mould tooling, designed to match your quantities and timescales. Manufacturing in UK and in China, in high specification aluminium alloys and a range of steels, we configure the tooling to your requirements. Hence whether you need 10 parts in an engineering polymer or a batch of 100,000, we can supply tooling and parts for your application.

The good news is for those of you wanting low volume production parts -quantity is no longer such a barrier to accessing the process you want. We offer exceptional capacity and process options allowing customized production parts of varying quantities within timescales to suit your need. PRE-MANUFACTURE
