EOS will celebrate 25 years in the additive manufacturing industry at EuroMold this month under the theme of ‘Experience quality in Additive Manufacturing’.

The global leader in additive manufacturing solutions will present its growing portfolio in the polymer and metal fields along with software and services.

The show will demonstrate the company’s continued success to provide additive manufacturing solutions to businesses around the world. As of last month, a staggering 1,500 EOS systems were installed, building on the company’s financial results in the last fiscal year which earned them a record-breaking 36 percent turnover increase.

“The important thing is to ensure the factors relevant for series production so that our technology can be used in modern manufacturing environments,” said Dr Adrian Keppler, Sales and Marketing Director (CMO) at EOS. “These include even more comprehensive process monitoring and quality assurance features as well as further development of the right materials for industry-specific fields of application. We can provide our customers with the support of a team of experienced application consultants if necessary to help them identify the right applications for Additive Manufacturing."

EOS will present the very latest systems at EuroMold including the EOS P 396, EOS M290 and EOS M 400 and the company’s complete material, software and service portfolio. 

EOS offers a rage of other benefits including the EOSTATE Quality Program for smooth and comprehensive quality assurance monitoring for its systems and materials. The company is currently planning a series of products for real time quality assurance during the building process. A new EOSTATE software tool will make it possible to remotely monitor the progress of the machinery for future use so that the user can set up customised messages for status signals or warnings.

In addition to this, a new generation of Integrated Process Chain Management IPCM-M extra for EOS metal systems will increase efficiency and offer around 50 percent more conveying performance and powder screen module life.
