This year’s formnext powered by TCT conference will be presented across two stages during the four-day event set to take place in Frankfurt, Germany in November.
The expansion to two stages will see twice as many speakers covering an even greater breadth of additive manufacturing technologies and their potential application. formnext powered by TCT will run from Tuesday 14th to Friday 17th November.
Each of the four days will kick off with a Keynote hour, featuring two presentations each lasting approximately 30 minutes. Keynote speakers so far include Terry Wohlers of Wohlers Associates; Todd Grimm of T.A. Grimm Associates; Uwe Fresenborg of Deutsche Bahn Fahrzeuginstandhaltung GmbH; and Dr. James Moultire, University of Cambridge and Prof. Richard Bibb, Loughborough University. Following each keynote is hours of themed presentations per day.
Tuesday will feature talks on Transport (Stage 1) and Business for AM (Stage 2); Wednesday will host sessions of Healthcare (Stage 1) and Materials and Process (Stage 2); Thursday’s program covers Consumer and Industrial Products (Stage 1) and Materials and Process (Stage 2); and Friday morning will see industry and academic professionals discuss Supply Chain (Stage 1) and Design (Stage 2). Additionally, the first three days of the conference will finish with a panel session on Stage 1, with participants yet to be confirmed.
formnext powered by TCT 2017 will be the third edition of the show, the result of a partnership between Messago Messe Frankfurt GmbH and Rapid News Publications Ltd.
