Shapeways Eindhoven Tour

It's pretty easy to see how a 3D printer works — you could buy one for € 200 / £200 / $300 for a start — but it's more difficult to see exactly how 3D printing is deployed in 3D printing services like Shapeways. Right?

Not so! Shapeways offers used the oportunity to head to it's Eindhoven facility and take a look at how the printing, finishing and shipping works. They even give you a drink and let you ask questions directly to them. Imagine that.

Visitors will also get a presentation on the models and some new materials now available.

Simply visit the Meetup Page and let them know that you're coming along. There's room for 30 on each visit and they open the doors every couple of weeks.
