Stratasys Platinum Partner for the UK & Ireland, SYS will demonstrate the advanced capabilities of Stratasys’ 3D Printing and additive manufacturing systems at the TCT Show + Personalize later this month.
Systems on display include the high-performance Fortus 450 which allows users to build accurate, repeatable parts faster than ever before. The Fortus 450 is able to produce jigs, fixtures, factory tooling and end-use parts, as well as functional prototypes. With four layer thicknesses to choose from, users can strike the right balance between strength, detail and rapid build time.
Also on display is the Stratasys Fortus 250mc additive manufacturing machine. The Fortus 250mc works with the powerful insight software that provides the ability to optimise every part for strength, print time and aesthetics. Users are able to specify tool paths, adjust material density, fine-tune part orientation and choose from three available layer resolutions.
For users requiring a cost effective, smaller system, the Stratasys Objet30 Pro will be put through its paces by SYS engineers on the stand. The compact system combines the accuracy and versatility of a high-end rapid prototyping machine with the small footprint of a desktop 3D printer. Powered by PolyJet technology, the Objet30 offers eight different 3D printing materials, among them clear, high-temperature and simulated polypropylene, and features the industry’s best print resolution enabling the production of smooth surfaces, small moving parts and thin walls. With a spacious tray size of 300 × 200 × 150 mm, the Objet30 Pro is ideal for prototyping consumer goods, consumer electronics, medical devices and more.
