Matsuura Machinery is gearing up for this year’s TCT Show with two UK firsts from HP’s 3D printing hardware range.
Exhibiting on stand C110, the UK-based manufacturing solutions provider will be holding live demonstrations of the HP 580 colour 3D printer and new HP 5200 volume production solution. Visitors will also be able to see a number of parts produced with HP Multi Jet Fusion technology and Matsuura’s own LUMEX hybrid system, which combines metal 3D printing and CNC milling operations.
Last year, Matsuura became an authorised reseller for HP 3D printers and recently opened a new showroom and Additive Manufacturing Facility (AMF) in Leicestershire to deliver demonstrations of HP 540, HP 4200 and 5200 Multi-Jet Fusion 3D printers, alongside finishing technology from DyeMansion for de-powdering, surfacing and colouring of 3D printed parts. TCT Head of Content, Daniel O’Connor visited the facility where the company showcased an example of a bespoke workholding piece created using generative design and the HP 4200 for a five-axis CNC machining demonstration on a Matsuura MX-850.
Joseph Bellis, Additive Manufacturing Technical Specialist at Matsuura Machinery Ltd commented: “Even more so with the recent addition of the HP 5200 3D printer, Matsuura continue to make substantial investments in 3D printing and AM technologies, cementing our position as the UK’s leading HP applications led reseller. TCT will be a great opportunity to demonstrate our technical applications knowledge, our understanding of 3D printing and show UK companies the future of manufacturing.”
TCT Show will take place on 24-26th September at NEC Birmingham. Register for your free ticket here.
